General
These terms apply to video lessons and other digital learning content purchased through the VAIVAESTETIC website. The seller is Vaiva Adomaitienė, operating under the VAIVAESTETIC name, Dujotiekio St. 28, Kaunas, Lithuania, email info@vaivaestetic.lt.
Purchase contract
The main lesson information, price and access conditions are shown before payment. The contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed and an order confirmation is sent or access is provided in the buyer’s account.
Price and payment
The final payable price is displayed before checkout. Payments are handled by the stated payment provider. VAIVAESTETIC does not store complete payment-card details.
Access
After payment is confirmed, access is provided through the buyer’s account or another clearly stated method. Access is personal to the buyer. Login details, recordings and learning materials may not be shared, copied, publicly displayed, resold or distributed without written permission.
Technical requirements
The buyer needs a suitable internet connection, an up-to-date browser and a device capable of playing online video. Technical problems should be reported by email. Planned maintenance or security work may temporarily limit access.
Conformity and updates
If digital content does not work or does not match its description, the buyer may request correction and, where correction is impossible or not completed within a reasonable time, use the remedies provided by applicable law. Content may be reasonably updated without removing essential purchased features.
Intellectual property
All training materials, videos, texts and designs are protected by intellectual-property law. Purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the content.
Withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refund conditions are described in the Refund policy. Where the buyer expressly requests immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right, access may be provided immediately.
Law and disputes
Lithuanian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s country of residence. Please contact us first by email. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or a competent court.
