Data we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, enquiry or booking details, selected treatment, account and purchased video-lesson information, payment status and technical website-use data. VAIVAESTETIC does not store payment-card details; these are processed by the payment service provider.
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to answer enquiries, administer bookings, provide treatments or digital content, manage accounts, comply with accounting and other legal duties, protect the website and, with consent, analyse website use. The legal bases are performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.
Recipients
Where necessary, data may be shared with website and email hosting, IT support, booking, accounting, payment and video-content providers. When Watalook, Stripe, Vimeo or another third-party service is used, its own privacy terms also apply to its processing. Transfers outside the European Economic Area are protected using safeguards required by applicable law.
